These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the IJDD website(s) (“Site”). By placing an order with IJDD, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, which together constitute the entire agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and IJDD (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued purchases after changes are posted constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Shipping

Shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines vary depending on product type and destination. Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

IJDD makes commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, labor disruptions, supply shortages, pandemics, or governmental actions.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided by the customer, IJDD reserves the right to charge additional shipping or handling fees or to cancel the order.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

IJDD currently ships to most residential and commercial addresses within the United States. PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain remote locations may be restricted.

International orders may be accepted through customer-arranged freight forwarders located within the contiguous United States. Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and compliance with import/export regulations.

Once an order is placed, shipping addresses cannot be modified.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock, it may be placed on backorder. Customers will be notified when possible and may choose to cancel, select an alternative product, or wait for availability. Backordered items may still be charged at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Returns

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited window before shipment. Once an order has shipped or entered fulfillment processing, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

Returns are governed by IJDD’s Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Some items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to clearance items, custom orders, installed products, or international shipments.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply.

Defective or Damaged Products

Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with photo documentation of the product and packaging.

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of a claim. Some defective products may be eligible only for replacement or manufacturer repair.

Order Status

Order status and tracking information are available via the confirmation email or customer account on the Site.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. IJDD accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Taxes, shipping fees, duties, and other charges are additional unless expressly stated. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs and import fees for international orders.

Pricing Errors & Order Acceptance

IJDD reserves the right to correct pricing or product description errors and to cancel orders resulting from such errors. Orders are not deemed accepted until shipped.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, quantity limitations, or verification issues. If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued.

Quotes & Quantity Limits

Any written quotes are valid only for the specified period and subject to change due to material costs, availability, or specification changes.

IJDD reserves the right to limit quantities per order or customer and to restrict resale or dealer purchases.

Product Descriptions & Images

While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, images, dimensions, and finishes are provided for reference only. Actual product appearance may vary due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.

If a product materially differs from its description, the customer’s sole remedy is return in accordance with the Return Policy.

Financing

Financing options may be available through third-party providers. Eligibility and terms are determined solely by the financing provider.

Warranties

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

IJDD DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Under no circumstances shall IJDD be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including personal injury or property damage arising from improper installation or misuse.

Installation

If installation services are offered, they are warranted for one (1) year to be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable codes. Remedies are limited to re-performance of the service.

Gift Cards

Gift cards, if available, are subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Compliance with Export Control Laws

Customers represent that they are not subject to U.S., EU, or UN sanctions. Products are subject to U.S. export control laws and may not be exported or re-exported without proper authorization.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IJDD operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
