At IJDD, we are committed to supplying high-quality bathroom safety grab bars and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Your satisfaction matters to us. If you encounter an issue with your purchase or are not fully satisfied, we will work with you to help resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner.

Return Period
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the return qualifications outlined below.Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of receiving the product.
Return Qualifications
IJDD reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions listed below. Please carefully inspect all items before initiating a return.
To qualify for a standard return, the item(s) must:
- The product was purchased directly from our website. If the product was purchased elsewhere, please contact the place of purchase for assistance with your return.
- The return authorization request must be approved prior to return.
- Be in like-new, resalable condition
- Be free from scratches, dents, or defects
- Not have been installed or show signs of attempted installation (including marks from screws, bolts, tools, or mounting hardware)
- Be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging
- Have no writing, labels, or markings on the original packaging
- Include all original parts, accessories, components, manuals, and free gifts that came with the product
- Be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
- Order confirmation must be properly recorded in our system at the time of the return.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to partial refunds at IJDD’s discretion.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns, except in cases where IJDD shipped an incorrect item or the product arrived defective or damaged.
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or shipped in error.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by IJDD.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. IJDD cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse:
* You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt
* You will be notified of refund approval or rejection
* Please allow up to 10 business days for return inspection
* Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
Exceptions and Special Conditions
During peak seasons or special promotions, such as holidays or sales events, return processing times may be longer than usual. Please be patient and allow extra time for us to process your return.
