At IJDD, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, destinations, processing times, and related terms.


Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on:

* Product type and size
* Shipping destination
* Carrier availability

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by locations, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We will provide traceabale logistics information for your reference.


Shipping Destinations


IJDD currently ships to most residential and commercial addresses within the United States.

The following delivery restrictions may apply:

* PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses may not be supported
* Certain remote or restricted areas may require additional delivery time or fees

International shipping may be available on a limited basis or through customer-arranged freight forwarders located within the contiguous United States.


Shipping Costs


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees are non-refundable.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, IJDD is not responsible for replacement or refund. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Once an order has been placed, shipping addresses cannot be modified.

Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time status immediately.


Damaged or Lost Shipments


Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

* If visible damage is present, do not accept the shipment and notify us immediately.
* If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within **48 hours** with photos of the product and packaging.

Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Backorders & Split Shipments

If an item is out of stock, it may be placed on backorder. You will be notified if this occurs.

IJDD reserves the right to ship items separately when necessary. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments unless otherwise stated.

Force Majeure

IJDD shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain interruptions.
